Welcome

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is a political foundation of the Federal Republic of Germany dedicated to promoting international cooperation and understanding. Based in Brussels, the Foundation has two programmes: the Europe Office, which has been monitoring developments in the European Union since 1978 and coordinates activities in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg; and the Multinational Development Policy Dialogue (MDPD), a programme fostering dialogue with the EU on partnerships with countries beyond Europe.

Here we present the work of the Multinational Development Policy Dialogue. We promote and facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue on sustainable development, with a particular focus on the nexus between democracy and governance, peace and security, and climate, energy and development.
