As part of the “Youth in Action: Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development in Armenia” (YIA) project, a study visit to the Kingdom of Belgium was organized and coordinated by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Armenian branch and the Youth Initiative Center (YIC) NGO.

The delegation, led by the YIA project lead and the YIC Project Coordinator, included 13 representatives from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, project consortium members, youth organizations supported under the YIA project, and a journalist.

The visit aimed to deepen the delegation’s understanding of Belgian youth policymaking, explore international cooperation frameworks, and gain insights into effective youth work practices, while fostering strategic partnerships.

Over the four-day visit, the delegation engaged in a series of meetings with key European Union institutions at national and municipal levels, as well as with grassroots youth organizations.
