In this third policy paper of the Expert Advisory Group (EAG) - European and South Mediterranean Actors - Partners in Conflict Prevention and Resolution, the authors question the chances and possibilities of regional forms of dialogue and cooperation in 2008. In their contributions, they analyse on-going forms, like the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership (EMP) or the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP), and fresh initiatives, following the Annapolis-Process or the idea of the Mediterranean Union.
