Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung wird das Ukrainische Zentrum für europäische Politik (UCEP) die wichtigsten Schlussfolgerungen seines Monitorings der Umsetzung des Assoziierungsabkommens in der Periode von 2020 bis zum ersten Halbjahr 2021 vorstellen.
Die ParlamentarierInnen und ExpertInnen werden die folgenden Fragen behandeln:
- Welche Fragen sind für erfolgreiche Umsetzung der EU-Integrationsreformen in der Ukraine entscheidend?
- Warum zeigt die Ukraine in manchen Sektoren positive Dynamik, wobei sie in anderen Bereichen wesentlich zurückbleibt?
- Ist es möglich, die Bestimmungen des Assoziierungsabkommens ohne starke politische Motivation in Form der Mitgliedschaftsperspektive zu implementieren?
- Wie tief kann die Ukraine in die EU integriert werden? Welche EU-Mitgliedstaaten sind dazu bereit und welche nicht? Warum?
- Wie ist die Ukraine für die Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Gemeinschaft politisch bemerkbar zu machen?
Die Sprachen der Veranstaltung sind Ukrainisch und Englisch, es wird simultane Verdolmetschung geboten.
