By monitoring government actions and rhetoric, the conjuncture analysis aims to offer a systematic assessment of the situation and political risks associated with the implementation of the environmental policy in progress. Thus, providing a tool to identify signals and interpret trends in an aggregated way, allowing citizens, organizations and decision-makers themselves the possibility of anticipating risks, preventive action and strategic reaction.
