Building on the previous workshop on inclusive political participation, the second training session focused on strengthening participants’ political communication skills. The trainer introduced the key elements of political communication and the tools used to communicate effectively, with particular emphasis on understanding different audiences, active listening, and inclusive communication. The session also addressed the role and importance of the media in political communication, as well as the importance of language in conveying political and public messages clearly and effectively.
The interactive format encouraged active exchange among participants, bringing together representatives of political parties as well as non-partisan participants from diverse backgrounds. Through discussions and practical exercises, participants explored how communication can be adapted to different audiences and contexts, contributing to more effective and inclusive participation in political and public life in Jordan.
