This policy brief makes specific recommendations to the government, parliament and local leaders on how to improve maternal health services delivery in rural Uganda.

Pierwsza runda pytań zadawana były tuż przed agresją, jednak rozwój wydarzeń skłaniał do powtórzenia wybranych pytań w pierwszych dniach wojny. Dzięki temu możemy odpowiedzi porównać i zaobserwować zmiany, jakie w polskiej i niemieckiej opinii publicznej spowodowała decyzja Kremla o inwazji. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w ramach Projektu „Barometr Polska – Niemcy” przez Instytut Spraw Publicznych oraz Deutsches Polen-Institut przy wsparciu Fundacji Konrada Adenauera i Fundacji Współpracy Polsko-Niemieckiej.
