After the successful completion of the ‘Rising Leaders - for Inclusive & Progressive Change’ 2023, 2024 and 2025 programmes- a collaborative endeavour of ILead Global Foundation and the India Office of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), it is time now
to launch the fourth batch albeit with a larger cohort of students, expanded geographical reach, distinguished global trainers and leaders, and a more comprehensive syllabus. The idea is to train the participants in a way that they acquire a comprehensive understanding of the intercultural political ecosystem and are able to engage in political discourse on shared values, ideologies and global developments.
Our objective is to empower and equip young leaders from political, academic and research backgrounds to assume leadership roles in shaping the future society. The primary goal of the programme is to enable an inclusive and decisive transformation in the society of tomorrow.

The upcoming programme intends to train twenty six talented individuals (between the age of 18 - 30 years) from diverse fields, offering them exposure to various aspects of leadership such as comprehension, value-based leadership, team building, stress management, electronic and data analytics, as well as the fundamentals of India's political party system.

The trainers for this batch will comprise of distinguished academics, leaders, diplomats, bureaucrats as well as those from the corporate world. The idea is to train the participants in a broad range of subjects such as Indian democracy, parliamentary procedures, leadership benchmarks and essential tools for public life. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will engage in field visits and practical workshops, thus enabling them to apply the acquired knowledge in real-life settings.

The programme is scheduled to take place on-site (residential programme) as per the following schedule and it is mandatory to participate in all the three sessions:

Session 1: 19th – 22nd March 2026
