Census 2021: Reflecting the multiethnic and multi-religious character of the society - European and International Cooperation
At the opening welcoming addresses and a short overview on the topic was given by Daniel Braun, Official representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Gjoko Gjorgjevski, Dean of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology”St. Clemnt of Ohrid ”and Shaban Sulejmani, Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences.
Within this event, Vladimir Bozinovski, Program Manager of the Institute for Political Research - Skopje presented the conslusions on the latest research entitled as the topic of the discussion.
At the panel discussion moderated by Marjan Nikolovski, Journalist and founder of the internet portal Religija.mk, speeches were delivered by Apostol Simovski, Director of the State Statistical Office, Aleksandar Spasenovski, Professor at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" - Skopje and Ali Pajaziti, Professor at the South Eastern European University - Tetovo. Within the panel, the speakers together with the attendees discussed the many open questions that arose after the announcement of the results of the census that was conducted last year.
