Between 11–15 May 2025, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Moldova and the KAS Media Programme South East Europe organized a strategic communication programme in Berlin focused on countering disinformation and hybrid threats.
Experts from Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia took part in meetings with key German institutions – including the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), DGAP, and relevant media organizations.
The goal of the programme was to facilitate best practice exchange, strengthen regional cooperation, and support a unified democratic response to information manipulation and hybrid challenges.
