Budgetary Review and Recommendation Reports (BRRRs): An Overview

BRRRs should play an important part in Parliament's oversight over the Executive, allowing parliamentary committees to engage in both budgetary and performance oversight of departments. What happens in reality falls short of this. This study provides an overview and assessment of this crucial parliamentary process.
