The Organic Act on Procedures of the Constitutional Court B.E. 2561 (2018)

This publication of the Office of the Constitutional Court of Thailand supported by KAS aims at collecting and publicising the provisions of organic act on constitutional court procedure both in Thai and English in order to provide a source for academicians, legal experts, governmental officials who are in charge of legal enforcement and implementation or other persons interested in Thai constitutional court system for having a chance to learn thoroughly about Thai legal procedural provisions and principles.
