The publication contains a summary of the experience and conclusions presented in a series of webinars in the framework of the trilateral initiative "Regional security risks and new state actors during and after the crisis caused by Covid-19". Participants in the initiative were university professors, security experts and respresentatives of the state institutions of the Republic of North Macedonia.

In the texts of the publication, the health crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is analysed with regard to possibilities and perspectives of regional cooperation, i.e. cooperation between North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Serbia, in view of a more efficient and successful management of its consequences.
