Hosted by Wits University and supported by KAS Media Africa this year’s African Investigative Journalism Conference (AIJC) will take place from 5th to 7th of November 2025 at Johannesburg, South Africa. With more than 500 participants, the conference is the largest gathering of investigative journalists on the continent, fostering innovative forms of journalism.
As part of the most forward-thinking media houses in Africa, the attendees will share their experiences covering topics such as undercover journalism, dealing with whistleblowers, investigating with Artificial Intelligence, and the finance of terrorism. So, attending the conference is a great opportunity to engage bright minds and investigative journalism and set up attendees with the latest investigative tools and techniques.
