2019 General Elections: Comparing Manifestoes of APC and PDP

Policy Dialogue for CSO and the Media

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is organizing the first roundtable discussion in the policy dialogue series in 2019 for stakeholders, to have final expert opinions on the manifestoes of the two major parties in the 2019 general elections in Nigeria.


This policy dialogue roundtable for journalists and civil society organizations shall throw more lights on the plans and promises of the ruling political party, All Progressives Congress (APC) and the main opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and verify which promises are achievable, and which are just election promises that are not achievable. Evans Osabuohien, Professor of Economics, Covenant University and Igho Akeregha National President, Civil Liberty Organization (CLO) are both going to lead the discussions from academic and civil society perspectives on the plans and promises of the political parties at this roundtable discussion.
