The second Iraqi Leadership Fellows (ILF) alumni event took place in Baghdad, Iraq and gathered the ILF fellows to help them build stronger networks. The event brought together former program fellows and experts who discussed the important role of youth in reform and in creating political and societal change. The event ended with a graduation ceremony for the third ILF class (2019/2020) who had a virtual ceremony due to COVID-19, as the workshops were held over Zoom at that time.
