We are looking for socially or politically engaged students and doctoral candidates from all disciplines who can demonstrate German language proficiency at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference. Excellent academic performance and a positive attitude toward democracy, pluralism, and human rights are also required. The program is aimed at young academics from Kenia, Uganda and South Sudan, Tanzania and Ethiopia. In addition to financial support, our scholarship holders benefit from:
