Our security is not a matter of course. Wars, military conflicts and rivalries of all kinds cost human lives in many regions of the world. Our experts are on the move around the world, showing the connections, explaining why our democracy and security cannot be taken for granted and how best to deal with threats. This includes digital threats that target our data and information systems. We speak of networked security, which means that we do not look at security and defence in isolation, but rather include all relevant developments, actors and policy areas - here in Germany and around the world.
