Chinas Wirtschaft zur Jahresmitte 2004

Die chinesische Wirtschaft kann seit dem Beginn des Reform- und Öffnungsprozesses im Jahr 1978 mit beeindruckenden Wachstumszahlen aufwarten. Nach den negativen Auswirkungen der Asienkrise im Jahr 1997 ist das BIP zwischen 1998 und 2003 – ohne merklich von der Seuche SARS beeinflusst zu werden - im Jahresdurchschnitt um 8,00 % gestiegen.
