Myanmar: Frieden in unserer Zeit?

Die zweite Sitzungsperiode der Panglong-Friedenskonferenz

Stets betont Myanmars de facto-Regierungschefin Aung San Suu Kyi (ASSK), dass der Friedensprozess höchste Priorität für ihre Partei der Nationalen Liga für Demokratie (NLD) und die von ihr gestellte Regierung hat. Im August 2016 und im Mai 2017 haben nun zwei Sitzungsperioden der sogenannten „21st Century Panglong-Friedenskonferenz“ stattgefunden.
