Frank Heinrich MdB leads high-level talks with the religious groups in Kazakhstan

The guests of the church had a conversation with the archpriest Alexander Suvorov, priest of the cathedral and Yevgeniy Yesaulenko, head of the youth affairs department of the Diocese of Almaty. They had a conversation with Father Alexander about the life of the Orthodox communities in Kazakhstan, especially in the countryside and about their development. The status of the Russian Orthodox Church in Kazakhstan and its role in the development of civil society were also discussed.
A day before Frank Heinrich MP met with the Chef Imam of Almaty, Nurbek Kazhy Yesmaganbet. The religious administration of Muslims in Almaty is responsible for the supervision 2.500 mosques and is particularly responsible for the training of the imams in Kazakhstan. According to Nurbek Kazhy Yesmaganbet, his administration is working closely with newly established Ministry of Religious Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Extremist efforts should be precluded. In conversation with Frank Heinrich MP, the Chief Imam advertised for religious and social tolerance and a co smopolitan Islam.
