The target group of the seminar were representatives of press services, press-secretaries of various ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employees of the television center and other experts in the field of communications. Thomas Helm, Director of the Repr esentative Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Kazakhstan, spoke about how communications should be made during political crisis. Seminar’s program is for two days. Later it is expected to conduct a second, practical part where the cases of crisis communications similar to the real situations will be considered.
