The Greece/Cyprus Office of KAS and the Institute of International Economic Relations (IIER) are organizing on 18 February a conference on "The Strategic Implications of the Chinese Investments in Piraeus".  A group of prominent experts from Greece and abroad, including academics, state-officials and specialized journalists are brought together in order to analyse the geostrategical, financial and social effects of China's enhanced presence in Greece's largest port.
