Das kroatische Wahlsystem und der Versuch einer Prognose

Das Wahlsystem des Parlaments wird durch einfache Gesetze bestimmt. Per Verfassung ist lediglich festgelegt, dass das Parlament mindestens 100 und höchstens 160 Abgeordnete haben kann, es sich um freie, allgemeine, gleiche und geheime Wahlen handelt und, dass das Parlament auf vier Jahre gewählt wird.
