Only Government Ministries and few researchers in Cambodia involve themselves in a substantive debate about world climate change and the contributions the Kingdom of Cambodia could make to reducing further global warming. Yet, also the general public is aware of changes in the climate regime and its adverse effects on the livelihood of agriculturalists.
