Malishevsky: Our government cannot control everything, even if it adopts other laws

The Konrad Adenauer Foundation has launched a new series of interviews, united under the title “Cyber Mobilization”. This series presents international actors of the Web 2.0 and their motivation. The experts interviewed will explain why they run blogs and how they understand their task. The first blogger, who is introduced in this series, is Viktor Malishevsky from Belarus.

Viktor Malishevsky
Viktor Malishevsky is one of the most influential bloggers in Belarus. His survey on the price of a watch of Alexander Lukashenko has brought him worldwide attention and is typical of his approach. With passion, he dissects the absurdities happening in his authoritarian homeland. Malishevsky is 36 years old and works as a freelance media trainer. A graduate in Political Science, his whole career was connected with journalism.
