The presidential office of Mongolia has published the book "Direct Democracy - Citizen Participation" with financing from KAS in order to promote decentralization and to strengthen citizen participation on all levels. The book is suitable for the representatives of citizens´ representation parliaments, employees of the department of the citizens´representation parliament, heads of state offices and group leaders of Kohroos (Subdistricts).
