An introductory statement by the resident representative of KAF in Kabul was followed by the comments of the guest lecturer, Professor Dr. Florian Kühn, from Humboldt University of Berlin. The following discussion was mainly enriched by the comments of the Afghan participants, who focussed on the current state of preparations for the April 05, 2014 first round and also on the course of the ongoing campaigning.
