Manuel Ley

Since December 1, 2020, Manuel Ley has been serving as Head of the Hermann Ehlers Educational Forum Weser-Ems of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Previously, he worked as a Project Policy Advisor in the Foundation’s special project “Gemeinsam.Demokratie.Gestalten.” in Bremen, Hamburg, and Lower Saxony.He studied German Studies and History at the University of Oldenburg and Södertörn University in Stockholm, as well as International Relations at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Sogang University in Seoul. Subsequently, he worked, among other roles, in project management at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
