Philipp Bremer joined us as Director of the Rule of Law Program Middle East and North Africa in July 2021, the office is based in Beirut, Lebanon. Previously he worked as an Associate (Rechtsanwalt) with an international law firm in Düsseldorf; during this time he also spent six months as a consultant for an international automobile manufacturer at their headquarters in the litigation communications department. He studied law at the University of Mannheim and completed his legal training, among other positions, with Axel Voss, MdEP at the European Parliament in Brussels and in the office of Minister of State Prof. Maria Böhmer, MdB in the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin.
