by Siraj Khan, LL.M

What will a ‘yes’ vote of the Tunisian people mean, effectively? Siraj Khan’s comparative assessment of the current (2014) Constitution, the NCC’s draft constitution and President Saied’s draft constitutions provides some indications on that question.
