On the German side, the Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Norbert Lammert, the Members of the Bundestag Peter Beyer and Thomas Rachel, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Sabine Bloch, the Foreign Policy Advisor of the CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group Henning Speck and the Head of KAS Peru Dr. Robert Helbig attended the meeting. The Peruvian side was represented by President Dina Boluarte, Foreign Minister Ana Cecilia Gervasi, Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry Elmer Schialer and Head of the Presidential Office Dr Morgan Quero.

During the talks, the results of the Peruvian President's trip to Germany on 12 and 13 October were discussed, among other things. The participants were also able to exchange views on current geopolitical challenges and on initiatives to intensify bilateral cooperation. President Boluarte concluded by thanking Prof. Dr. Lammert for the work of the KAS in strengthening political institutions and for the Foundation's presence in the Andean country for more than 55 years.
