During the ceremonial presentation Dr. Gerhard Wahlers took the advantage to value highly the activity of Mr Thesing. Dr. Wahlers pointed out the special engagement of his predecessor in Latin America, but also underlined, that under the direction of Mr Thesing the foreign offices in Western Europe have been established and our total engagement on Eastern Europe has been developed.
