The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung welcomes Minister-President Daniel Günther and Franziska Hoppermann MP as new members of the foundation. They were elected at the General Assembly of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung on September 23, 2022. During this year's session, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung presented its activities in the field of religious policy, and the Members of the KAS had the opportunity to exchange views with Friedrich Merz, Chairman of the CDU and Chairman of the CDU/CSU parliamentary group at the German Bundestag.
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is a political foundation active in 18 civic education centers and regional offices throughout Germany. Around 100 field offices oversee more than 200 projects in over 120 countries worldwide. Nationally and internationally, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is committed to peace, freedom, and justice. The consolidation of democracy, the rule of law, and personal responsibility at home and in the world, as well as the promotion of the European integration and international cooperation are special concerns of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
