Am 11. März 2008 fand in Bonn-Bad Godesberg das 4. Entwicklungspolitische Frühstücksforum der KAS mit Vertretern deutscher Regierungs- und Nichtregierungsorganisationen statt. In das Thema „Menschenrechtliche Konditionierung der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (EZ)“ führte diesmal Günter Nooke ein, Beauftragter der Bundesregierung für Menschenrechtspolitik und Humanitäre Hilfe im Auswärtigen Amt.
