Anja Czymmeck

Anja Czymmeck has a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Geography from the University of Bonn and was scientific assistant to members of the North Rhine-Westphalia Parliament and the European Parliament (Brussels and Strasbourg). Subsequently, from 1998, she held different positions at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s headquarters in Berlin, as well as in other countries, such as: project assistant in Venezuela, Desk Officer of the Latin America team, Director of KAS offices in Fortaleza/Brazil and North-Macedonia and Kosovo. Anja Czymmeck has been head of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung's France office since September 2023. Previously, she was head of the foreign office in Brazil and officer for the Andean countries in the Latin America team as well as officer in the Europe team for Western Europe and the Nordic countries.
