Die bolivianischen Wähler haben am letzten Sonntag sich selbst und die Welt in mehrfacher Hinsicht überrascht: Niermand rechnete mit einem so eindeutigen Wahlsieg von Evo Morales (MAS), niemand rechnete mit einer so hohen Stimmenkonzentration und – niemand rechnete mit einer so gründlichen Neuordnung der politischen Landschaft Boliviens.
