Progress or Standstill? Current state and future of the EU-Russia cooperation

A bilateral Dialogue between the European Union and the Russian Federation is traditionally held at the annual summit between high officials of both sides. As an expression of strategic importance of EU-Russia partnership the attention is paid to bilateral trade volumes and therefore mutual interdependencies.
