Law Brief: Navigating the Legal Landscape
Law Brief is a collection of legal articles that are written by KASFLY-2023 Fellows. Each fellowship consists of a series of training that enhance critical thinking, research, analysis, and academic writing skills. Fellows have identified issues of their interests and conducted research to understand the root causes and offer solution-oriented legal recommendations.
This issue comprises four sections that cover 12 articles. The first volume of law brief consists of four sections such as 1) Commercial Transaction, 2) Data and Privacy, 3) National Law and 4) International Law within the intricate domains of International Humanitarian Law (IHL), International Criminal Law (ICL), and International Human Rights Law (IHRL).
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who make this publication possible especially to Ms. Bunny Sereivathna, Mrs. Tann Boravin, Mr. Paul Mornet, Ms. Merle Luisa Sieckmann, and Mr. Ung Techhong Luy as well as each KASFLY fellow for their outstanding contributions to this compilation. Their dedication, passion, and intellect have enriched the discourse on these significant legal topics.
We wish you an enlightening and thought-provoking read.
