Monitoring Report on Developments in Belarus

This report examines the developments in Belarus in the area of fundamental freedoms, including freedom of the media, freedom of association and freedom of assembly. It also provides information on the situation on freedom from political persecution and arbitrary detention, the repression of civic activists, as well as the process of economic liberalisation.
