Digital Summit in Tallinn

The European Council Summit on 29 September 2017 in Tallinn focused on the topic of digitization, a core concern of Estonia, which now heads the EU Council Presidency.

At the same time, the summit was held át a time when the latest speeches by the French President Macron, the British Prime Minister May, and the President of the European Commission Juncker, had created speeches between heads of state and government. The issue of digitization was a marginal issue in Tallinn.
