High school students from SUGS "Nikola Karev" created their own model of School council

From 13-16 November in hotel Srna - Mavrovo the final event within the framework of the project was organized.
20 high school student active in the Student Council had the chance to participate on the Strategic Planning.
The goal of the seminar was to empower the participants to create a model upon which their Student Council will be able to function in the next 3 years.
Throughout 4 days of intensive sessions which included individual and group work, the students developed a model based on: Defined vision, defined mission; priorities for working; goals; rules of procedures and action plan.
This model will be a subject to a consultation process with all relevant stakeholder in the school (Principal, School Board, Professors' Council and the Students) up until is finally adopted.
