Konrad Adenauer Stiftung – Regional Programme Australia and the Pacific has the pleasure to support the Otago Foreign Policy School (OFPS) again this year. Scheduled to take place from 27 to 29 June at the University of Otago in Dunedin, the focus of the 59th OFPS is on ‘Small Powers and Strategic Competition in the Indo-Pacific’ and the experiences of New Zealand, Pacific Island Countries, as well as small powers in the Indian Ocean region and Southeast Asia. The keynote speech will be given by the New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Rt Hon Winston Peters.
