Anna Hoffmann-Kwanga

Anna Hoffmann-Kwanga has been Head of the Namibia Office since April 2025. Prior to that, she headed the KAS Zimbabwe Office based in Harare since February 2021. Prior to that, she was responsible for the coordination of international media programs and presentation tasks related to the work of the European and International Cooperation Department as a media and external relations officer from 2017. She started her career at KAS in the Uganda/South Sudan office, where she worked as a local employee from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, she studied international development policy at the University of Edinburgh with a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa and international business administration with a focus on East Asia at Cologne Business School.
