Policy Advisor Southeast Asia / interim head of the Asia and the Pacific
Isabel Marie Weininger has been working in the division European and International Cooperation for Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung for five years and is currently the interim head of the Asia and the Pacific and policy advisor for Southeast Asia at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) headquarters in Berlin. From January to September 2021 she was the KAS Country Representative in Cambodia. In previous positions, she had been posted to the KAS office in Kyiv, Ukraine and worked for the Munich Security Conference. Ms. Weininger studied Political Science and International Relations in Munich, Paris and Dresden. Her main fields of expertise are European, development and security policy.
