Maximilian Strobel serves as the country specialist for the Cono Sur region in the Latin America Department. In that role, he oversees the field offices in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, as well as the regional program “Party Dialogue and Democracy in Latin America,” which is based in Montevideo, Uruguay.
