Oudom Oum has been Program Manager for Digitisation since October 2021. Before, he served as Research Officer since August 2020. Prior to that, he worked for UNICEF Cambodia and the Embassy of the United States of America in Phnom Penh as an intern. Oudom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Paragon International Unviersity.
