Mr. Sokla Phang  is our office manager. His main function is to make sure that the administrative and financial process in the office are running smoothly. He is also our Project Accounting, Control and Information System (PASTIS) technical supporter for the Asia region. He joined the foundation in early 2003. He earned B.A. degree in Economy Development from Royal University of Law and Economics, B.A. degree in Information and Technology from Norton University and also Master degree in Financial Management from Build Bright University. He is interested in financial management and technology fields.
