Steven Höfner

Since April 2024, Steven Höfner has been heading the Country Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Morocco. From January 2020 to March 2024, he served as Head of the Foundation’s Office for the Palestinian Territories in Ramallah. Prior to that, he worked as a Policy Advisor in the Europe/North America Team beginning in January 2016, where he was primarily responsible for coordinating the Foundation’s offices in Brussels, Geneva, Vienna, and North America.He gained professional experience, among other roles, in the parliamentary office of former Member of the European Parliament Dr. Hans-Gert Pöttering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Osnabrück University, including a study period in Poitiers, and a Master’s degree in Governance and Public Policy from Darmstadt University, which included a study period in Florence.
