Die Fähigkeit einer Volkswirtschaft, neue Innovationen im Markt zu etablieren, ist entscheidend für das Wachstum und den Wohlstand einer Nation. So können Lebensverhältnisse verbessert und die Produktivität der Wirtschaft gesteigert werden. Aktuelle Studien zeigen, dass durch verschiedenste Formen von Innovationen ein Wachstum des Bruttoinlandsproduktes von über 50 Prozent erreicht werden kann. Dafür ist es allerdings notwendig, ein geeignetes Umfeld für Innovationen zu schaffen.
